Buffalo Chicken and Potatoes

  1. Prepare the dish: heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 13×9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. Season the chicken: in a medium bowl, stir together:

  • [[boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips]]
  • [[buffalo wing sauce]]
  1. Combine the base: in a large bowl, stir together:
  • [[frozen (thawed) southern-style hash brown potatoes]]
  • [[ranch or blue cheese dressing]]
  • [[shredded Cheddar cheese]]
  • [[condensed cream of celery soup]]
  1. Spoon into the prepared baking dish. Layer the seasoned chicken strips on top.
