Greek Yogurt Banana Bread

  1. Prep

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a standard loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

  1. Mix the wet ingredients

In a large bowl, mash the [[ripe bananas, mashed]] until mostly smooth.

Whisk in:

  • [[butter, melted]]

  • [[Splenda brown sugar blend]]

Mix until smooth and well combined.

If the top begins browning too quickly around the 40-minute mark, loosely cover with foil and continue baking.
