Combine the [[cooked chicken breast, chopped or shredded]], [[red grapes, halved]], [[celery, diced]], [[green apple, diced]], [[green onion, chopped]], and [[pecans, chopped]] in a large bowl.
Stir together the [[plain Greek yogurt]], [[kosher salt]], and [[black pepper]]. Fold the dressing into the chicken mixture until evenly coated.
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Stir once more before serving cold.
