Homemade Crunchwrap Supremes

Brown the [[lean ground beef]] in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it into small crumbles. Drain excess grease.

Stir in the [[taco seasoning]] and [[water]]. Cook until the beef is evenly coated, then remove the skillet from the heat.

Lay out the [[burrito-size flour tortillas]]. Divide the beef among their centers and place a [[tostada shells]] on each portion.

Spread each tostada with [[nacho cheese sauce]] and [[sour cream]], then add [[shredded lettuce]] and [[chopped tomatoes]]. Top each stack with a [[street taco-size flour tortillas]].

Lightly coat the skillet with [[olive oil spray]] and warm it over medium heat. Fold the outer tortilla edges toward the center, then place each crunchwrap seam-side down in the hot skillet.

Press gently with a spatula and cook until golden. Flip, brown the second side, and serve immediately.
