Add the [[olive oil]], [[garlic, minced]], [[fresh lemon juice]], [[chicken broth]], [[boneless skinless chicken thighs]], [[kosher salt]], [[ground cumin]], [[ground turmeric]], [[paprika]], [[ground nutmeg]], and [[ground cinnamon]] to the Instant Pot in that order.
Seal the lid and pressure-cook on high for 3 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for the pot to come to pressure, then carefully quick-release.
Slice or shred the chicken. Fill the [[pita breads]] with chicken, [[plum tomatoes, sliced]], [[cucumber, sliced]], [[fresh parsley, chopped]], and [[hummus]].
