Pour the [[vegetable stock]] into the Instant Pot. Add the [[heavy whipping cream]], [[spaghetti, broken in half]], [[garlic puree]], [[butter, cubed]], [[dried oregano]], [[cooked bacon, diced]], and [[sea salt flakes]]. Keep the pasta fully submerged.
Seal the lid and pressure-cook on High for 6 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally for 6 minutes, then carefully release the remainder.
Stir in the [[Parmesan cheese, grated]] and [[baby spinach, optional]]. Let the pasta stand briefly so the sauce can thicken and the spinach can wilt.
